Three 80mm wide loop resistance bands made of strong elasticated fabric. Booty bands can be used to help strengthen the muscles of the hips, legs, arms and glutes. Can be used in PBT, Barre and any other fitness training. Won't roll up or slip.
The set comes with three different resistances - Lightweight, Mediumweight and Heavyweight. The different lengths affect resistance. Comes with a storage bag and instructions for basic exercises.
